In the Mail app on your Mac, select messages or conversations in the list. All of the messages in a conversation will be deleted. Click the Delete button in the Mail toolbar or press the Delete key. If you delete a mailbox, all of the messages in the mailbox are deleted. You can search for a set of messages to delete. Having not seen this answer so far, there is a small note in the Apple 'Troubleshooting Push Notifications' document. In short, if you delete the last push enabled app, the persistent connection from the device to Apples push server is broken before the server is told that the app has been deleted. Oh right forgot to mention. It's local drive a folder she created inside download folder. No sharing of any sort. She deleted it and say the progress was done but the folder remains visible and she restarted her laptop several times. So i sign her out, login my admin acc, went to her user folder download and tried to delete but it just says the content cannot be found so it cannot be deleted.

Apple has removed some apps from the App Store that install root certificates that could allow monitoring of data. If you have one of these apps installed on your device, delete both the app and its associated configuration profile to make sure that your data remains protected.
Delete the app and its configuration profile
To delete an app and its configuration profile, follow these steps.
- Delete the app
- Touch and hold the app until it jiggles.
- Then tap the delete button in the upper-left corner of the app to delete it. If you see a message that says, 'Deleting this app will also delete its data,' tap Delete.
- If the app has a configuration profile, delete it.
- Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management,* then tap the app’s configuration profile.
- Then tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete.
- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
